360° Assessment

As a leader, the more you know…the more likely you are to make the right choices and decisions for yourself. The reason this is called a 360° feedback process is because you will ask a variety of people who know you as a leader for feedback and that feedback returns full circle to you.

We ALL need to know our positive and not so positive impact on our teams, and the organization. We cannot afford to be the “emperor with no clothes” believing what we want to believe rather than what is real. We also cannot afford to be clueless. Few people have the skill or the courage to tell the boss what the boss needs to know about her or his behaviors and actions that are less than effective. As a rule, most people aren’t very skilled at sharing feedback, even when it is good news. Our report makes that so much easier for them and you!
